Which one of these two motherboards is better AsRock X79-Extreme9 Intel X79 2011/8xDDR3/SATA3/USB3/Glan/RAID ATX Motherboard vs Asus RAMPAGE-IV-GENE X79 LGA2011pin 4x DDR3 Motherboard.

"Better" is a relative term. The ASRock does have features not found on the Asus board such as, dual ethernet ports, more PCI slots, Firewire header, supports more ram. About the only thing the Asus board features that is not found on the ASRock board is a PCIe x4 slot.
