Noise.Any thoughts

Check that no foreign objects are in the blower. (if its a rear exhaust) other than that, contact the manufacturer. Although the stereotype is the man who knows barely any English in a call centre in India, try anyway. a lot of the major companies have technically minded people in call centres locally. people like me; I work in a call centre for asus.
