Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Headphone + Speakers???

Hey everyone, I recently purchased the sound blaster x-fi titanium sound card. I uninstalled my previous Realtek HD driver using driver sweeper and then installed the Creative card and installed the newest driver. Everything is working fine until i try to plug in my headphones...

The sound would not automatically switch over to my headphones even though I have "Automatically enable headphone settings" checked in the Audio Control Panel. The only way to switch to my headphones is to unplug my speaks and plug in my headphones. The only plug in that works is the output plug right beside the input plug. Am I doing something wrong here?! Or is this not even possible to do with this card?

Thanks for your help!

  1. Hi .. dude I am looking to purchase some card .. do you feel any difference with your new card ?

and also let me know if this cards work with normal sound speakers like SBS A300
  2. Green is always the stereo output, so if you want both speakers and headphones plugged in at the same time, you need some sort of splitter/switch to allow both to be physically hooked up at once.
