Windows Start Up Pic??

Hey. Can anyone tell me how to change the start up pic that comes before the windows xp loading pic. I tried a lot of stuff but they only customize the pic after the windows xp loading pic, which means itll come just for lyk a sec before the windows logs on. I get an intel desktopboard pic (supposed to be OEMLOGO according to BIOS cs i changed it there to start up by OEMLOGO) before the windows xp loading pic, i wanna change that. Please help me out guys.

You would likely need to hack the BIOS to change this logo. This can have
disastrous consequences. Not worth the effort to change a picture that
appears for one second.
