Need a new video card ASAP!

Hey guys I'm upgrading from basically an old non-existant for this gen gaming purposes. I am looking to get a new powerful card to be able to run MMORPGS and games like Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2, etc on my PC. The specs on my config have been updated as well. I am running my computer off my 32' samsung HD LCD TV. 720p. HD 6850/6870, 6950, gtx 560 ti/570. I just don't know which one would be worth the money for me right now for my purposes overall.

* Also I'm not huge on AA and all that stuff, I just want the game to look good while I play and run really smooth *

a 6850 would do 720p fine.
What is the specs of the system though?

Then a 6850 would do great, though if you want super high frames, a HD6870/GTX560(non-Ti) would work also.

An alternative to the 6850 is the GTX460 1GB, which would work too.

Now I'm talking about running games like Guild Wars 2, Diablo 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops, etc.

All these and mostly MMORPGS would look and run really good with the 6850 or 6870 then?

Can't be too sure about Diablo III, but all others should run great at max settings.

Well what about the HD 6950 it's like 50 bucks more give or take alittle. and its the 69XX series not 68XX series a bit newer. What do you think?

Even the 6870 is a bit much for 720p, so save the money unless you're upgrading to 1080p very soon.

haha yeah I'm not upgrading my 32" hdtv is good enough for me haha so the HD 6870 is gonna be great then?

You can expect to max out most games in the following year with a 6870.

yeah and I'm not even looking to max out everything like that haha I mean I just want nice quality and good smooth fps. So it would serve me well for atleast a year.

Ok so my budget has changed, and now I can spend around $300 for a brand new video card that I will be using for many games for example Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2, etc.

I was asking some people on Guru3d and they recommended the ZOTAC AMP! GTX 480 it is selling on Newegg for a good price now $309.99. The GTX 560 Ti HAWK Edition looks really good too. What do you guys think now with more to spend.
