Hola. Whenever I plug something into the front audio jack on my new case the plug pops right back out, I was wondering if this is a case issue or if I forgot to do something.

Have you been trying to plug a 2.5mm plug into a 3.5mm socket?

I used two diffrent types of headphones on it and neither of them worked, their both a 3.5mm plug.

If the plug is the standard 1.42cm in depth then the socket is defective. Contact Antec and get it resolved.
