Motherboard Compatibility

Not too sure where to post this, but I'm building a computer and buying the Asus M5A97 motherboard and the Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz), and I'm not sure if they're compatible or not, any advice would be much appreciated as this is my first computer I'm building and as such, I'm fairly inexperienced.

You cannot use that MB and CPU together. To use that MB, you must get a cpu from AMD, not intel.
