Horizontal Line Going across Monitor

I've been getting this horizontal line across my monitor after the day i moved into my new home

My graphics card is GTX570
and i am using an LCD monitor
CPU: Intel core i7 950
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
PSU: 950w

Everything was fine until i moved.

I tried all these method:
Reinstalling Windows
Reinstalling games
Resetting bios
Reinstalling Graphic card driver
Taking out the graphics card and putting it back in
Trying another monitor
Changing the DVI to VGA converter


My graphics card is only about 7 months old. There was no problem up until the day i moved. No overclocking and i checked the temperature while using the program Fur for stress test and it went up to only about 60 degrees


For some odd reason, i cannot capture or video record with fraps

A horizontal line going across the centre of the monitor is due to missing frame pulses from the graphics card. I think that it is time you got a new graphics card.

It's okay! I fixed it! I replaced my VGA cable with DVI. Thank you for the help though!
