Which motherboard to buy

Hello guys!
Soon i will buy new gaming rig and I have some hard time to decide which motherboard to buy. Im deciding
between ASUS Maximus IV Extreme - Z(Z68) and ASUS Sabertooth (Z77).

I have 2 combination of build

(Ivy Bridge)ASUS Sabertooth Z77, CPU: i5 3570K

(Sand Bridge) ASUS Maximus IV Extreme-Z: i5 2500K

I want to overcloock CPU to 4,6ghz.

For my build i will use:
Case: Corsair 650D
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7970
PSU: Corsair GS700
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
CPU Cooler: H80

Depends on how many 'HD 7970' GPU(s); 1-2 then the ASUS Sabertooth Z77 or 3 Maximus IV Extreme-Z.

I would look at the ASUS Maximus V FORMULA (Z77) + i5-3570K, it offers better sound and some added features. If getting a Corsair 650D then add this adapter to the purchase -> http://www.amazon.com/HDE-Port-USB-Female-Cable/dp/B00695M56M/

/edit - I would look at either the Corsair TX/HX/AX series or SeaSonic PSU's. For a few bucks more the Corsair H100.
