Is my psu enough?

I have this psu and im concerned its not enough and my computer is going to esplode...

SilverStone Strider 400W, 80 PLUS, Active PFC Power Supply

and it has to power all this

Case fans 3x120mm 1x140mm
AMD phenom II X-555
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s
4gb 1600mHz ddr3 ram
1TB 7200rpm sata hard drive
Corsair Air Series A70 Performance CPU Cooler
FX AMD Radeon HD 6870 900M 1 GB DDR5
Liteon iHAS324 24X DVD-RW SATA Optical Disk Drive

Is it going to be enough? Can i even consider overclocking? Please help!

I am afraid it is not enough. You´ll need a 500W or greater PSU.

Mind that a good quality brand is very important when it comes to PSU.
