Is my psu enough?

I have this psu and im concerned its not enough and my computer is going to esplode...

and it has to power all this

Case fans 3x120mm 1x140mm
AMD phenom II X-555
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s
4gb 1600mHz ddr3 ram
1TB 7200rpm sata hard drive
Corsair Air Series A70 Performance CPU Cooler
FX AMD Radeon HD 6870 900M 1 GB DDR5

Is it going to be enough? Can i even consider overclocking? Please help!

400 watts PSU is not adequate for what you are trying to do. Even without OC, it is not adequate.

Consider a 650 watts or better, and I suggest going to a modular PSU.

I am afraid it is not enough. You´ll need a 500W or greater PSU.

Mind that a good quality brand is very important when it comes to PSU.
