Reinstalled XP Pro, no cannot connect to the internet wired or wirelessly

Hello, I recently installed a copy of XP Pro SP3 on my Lenovo Thinkpad. Unfortunately, I am now unable to connect via LAN or Wirelessly - Zero Config is on but Available Wireless Connections doesn't show.
