well ,my previous MSI received high electrical current and its not working anymore

my old pc was

MB: MSI K9n4 ultra v

CPU: athlon X2 X64 2000


Graphic card: NX 7600 256 MB up yo 1024 mb

Ram: 2 Gb DDR2




the new one that im thinking of buying it

Budget Range: (400 $)


System Usage from Most to Least Important: (Gaming,programing )


Parts Not Required: (e.g.: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS,hdd)


Preferred Website(s) for Parts: non ,im buying it from a local shope




Parts Preferences: by brand or type ( I would like to use an AMD CPU &tower case&)


Overclocking: Yes


SLI or Crossfire: Maybe


Monitor Resolution: (, 1280x1024)

so what do you think of this pc ?
how good is it for gaming
and about the "or" parts which one do you think is better ?
and does any one here has other suggestions ?
even if its little bit more expensive

actually im buying it from a local shop ,not online

as i said ,its a local shop
and its about 400$ as a price
