I'm building a Computer for my friend and I'm wondering if these parts are good.

I already sold him my GTX 470 1.25gb and he bought a HAF 922 Case Already and a 1080p monitor.

Okay so he is going to use this mainly for gaming(Battlefield 3, Starcraft 2, Team Fortress) but I wanted to know if all the parts are compatible and if you guys have any other suggestions for different parts and why. I Think his budget would be $650 max but he said the lower the better because he has to go out and buy a monitor. Thanks in advanced!

Neither does Corsair, or Antec, or Silverstone, or many others. They sell PSUs made by others.

Rosewill sells many lines of PSUs and some of them are fine. The Green series in particular is decent quality and made by ATNG, a company long associated with PSUs of varying quality, including some high end ones (a few years ago now). Check the Hardware Secrets review of that specific PSU.

It's an ACCEPTABLE PSU at a price that is slightly high for what it is, hence my recommendation for something else... but it is very much comparable to a Corsair CX600 for instance.

No he's not going to do an SLI build. So I went with the CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB and the Corsair TX650 V2. I also removed the thermal paste, i didn't know the hyper 212+ came with any. Thanks for your suggestions everyone!
