Onboard vs staldalone soundcard

Hello guys, i have a litle question, i have this mobo Asus P8Z77-V LE with an I5, 8gb ram and a Asus ENGT 560 TI CU II, OC with classic Realtek sound and Nvidia HD audio and i also have a Audigy 2 ZS normal PCI, is worth to change onboard sound with the Audigy 2 ?, and btw im a gamer. thanks alot guys.

The simple answer is yes, if you already have it, add it.
Any add on card is better than onboard IMO.
