I was looking at http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/292?vs=301 and its saying Radeon 6870 CF would be better then a single 6970. Right now I already have a 6870 card, so I could either buy another and Crossfire, or just buy a single 6970, what should I do? (Looking for best gaming performance)

The 6870 CF is faster and provides a much better price/performance ratio at this point in time. However, you can buy a 6970 now, and get another later if you wish. However, PCI 3.0 will be around by the time the CF 6970 will actually be used 100%. I recommend CF 6870 and get PCI 3.0 CF in the future.

I am using a 850w power supply, that should be fine right?

Quote:
look at the prices,

drop $350 on the 6970

or spend $200 on another 6870 that is a beast.

The 6870's can oc as well so you will be getting great performance from the two if you know what you are doing when you oc.

If you don't feel like overclocking and you want room to add a 2nd 6970 later, just get the 6970.

What PSU are you using to power these?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... I got it for free, so I just took it, that should do the job right?
