Best graphic card for my computer

What is affordable graphics card that I can get and under $80 and play wow in about 20 fps anywhere.
I was thinking getting http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817338056
and http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7283189&CatId=3669. Is there any better one's and cheaper? and will DDR3 graphic card work in DDR2 computer?

there just one problem with that my computer only has a power supply of 300w and i can't upgrade it and it has to be low profile
