Pc services stopped

Hello,
yes um my pc is like stuck on basic mode and i cant find the wifi icon and all services on my pc have stopped an i cant start them

window vista and 7:

start and type "msconfig" without qoute on search box and press enter

under general tab, select normal start up, ok and restart computer

window xp:

start>run and type "msconfig.exe" without qoute in the box and press enter

under general tab, select normal start up, ok and restart computer

Follow Pyree's setup all is correct you might have to select the services tab and not the normal startup tab. However these issue you having does not sound like background servicing merely normal startup service should be adequate.
