Mobo Wont Detect All Installed Ram

Hello,

I currently just finished a new build, and I am having issues getting my current mobo to detect all 8g of ram. Windows is only seeing 4 and I have no idea where to start in diagnosing this issue. Iv read issues specific to the motherboard, but it could be something else.

Ok, we don't currently care what Windows sees, lets worry about what your motherboard sees in the bios.

You could start by making sure your PC is running a 64-bit version of a Windows product greater than XP Home! Windows 32-bit can only address 4GB of RAM.
