Nzxt phantom help!!!!

i have a:

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9550 2.83GHz

Intel Core 2 Quad/Intel P43/DDR3/A&GbE/​ATX Motherboard

and i want to put these in a nzxt phantom.
Does any one know if this fits?
and i am new to building computers so what fans and/or power supply do you think i need.

oh yeah also is a Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1 TB drive compatible with the motherboard

that hard drive will work, that is a great case and will work with your mobo, your cpu should have come with a cooler. what graphics card are you using, i cant reccomend a psu without knowing that, the phantom should come with enough fans

i was thinking of a EVGA GeForce GTX 580 so what about power supply

id say about 650w although make sure you get a good make such as corsair or seasonic
