Best Card for $120

What's the best video card I can get for $120 as the title says...I don't do heavy gaming...just a bit of GTA: San Andreas. I mainly want it for Photoshop. I currently have a Zotac 9500GT 1GB. The reason I'm looking for something @ a $120 range is because, I want something better than the 9500GT. I'd prefer GeForce thanks. :wahoo:

Edit: I'm going to be using this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371034

  1. Photoshop doesn't benefit from a GPU. Upgrade you RAM and CPU if you want better performance.

3D is openGL still, It wont support CUDA.
$150 Nvida card would be the GTX460 if you don't mind MIRs.
