Upgrade Suggestions

Below is my system. What should I look at upgrading first?

ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
INTEL Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz Processor
ROSEWILL Xtreme 750W Power Supply
CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
(2x) EVGA GeForce 9800GT 512MB SLI and sometimes I switch to a single EVGA Geforce 470
Windows 7 64bit Professional

Forgot to mention I am running a SAMSUNG 23" monitor as my main and a Dell 24" monitor as my second.

The Mobo and CPU. get an i5-2500k and z68 mobo.

Replace the PSU with an Antec/Corsair one.

Overclock the processor to 3Ghz.
