One Icon Superimposed on Other Desktop Icons

Hi....

MS Outlook has been superimposed on other Desktop icons and because of this I am unable to open other program files. Please give me the solution to remove this.

It has been super imposed on many desktop Icons ?
Time to do a repair on your system.
If it were once, I would say, click & drag on icon & see what happens.

Right click at desktop >view > change size / tick align icon to grid / auto arrange.
