No cpu beep

Hi,i have a albatron M.B, but when i power it on ,not cpu beep and do not show bios screen,please help me

Does the CPU fan jerk when you switch the power on?
Try using another power supply and see if it works.

One of my friend's favorites was to plug a PS/2 keyboard and see if you could toggle the NUMLock light. If so, the computer is recieving and responding to signal. If not, something is seriously dead on the hardware end. That could help you narrow it down.
