Help. Dissipator when changing EEE PC motherboard.

Hello, I hope someone can help me in what I think might be a very simple question.

My EEE Pc mother board died and I bought a new one. The new one didn't come with a dissipator so I'm going to use the one from the old one.
Here is a photo of the dissipator :

The dark purple square on the bottom left goes on top of the cpu, and the light pink one is where the chipset is. They feel different to the touch.

The question is: ¿Can I just put the dissipator on the new motherboard like it is, or should I remove those two patches and put new ones? I don't know if they're hardened thermal paste or something else.

THank you for the help!
