8GB RAM installed. Only 7.69GB usable in windows 7 64bit

I have 8gb RAM installed and only 7.69Gb is usable. Is there a way to get all 8GB usable? Im using windows 7 64 bit. Please help.

Are you using a dedicated graphics card or integrated(built onto the mainboard)? If you do not have a dedicated graphics card then your system is most likely using part of your system ram for the graphics.

yes im using the intel hd 4000 integrated graphics. so if i got a dedicated graphics card, would i have all 8gb usable?
