Will you be using the stock cooler? I went with the Hyper 212+ on my build and it just barely fit over my RAM (Patriot Gamer 2 Series). Had I gone with the Corsair Vengeance there would have been no way to fit the cooler over the heat spreaders on the RAM.

Replace GPU with this unless you want Eyefinity:

And Yes you should buy microsoft software unless you are planing to use some OS of Linux.
