I recently bought a XFX Radeon HD5770 replacing a XFX Geforce 9600 GSO, I removed all the nVidia drivers and installed the ATI drivers, my PC runs but when I try to start up a game it starts to load then stops, these are games that I've installed after the the new graphics card so it can't be due to them being adapted to the 9600 GSO, so what should I do and what is the problem?

what specific games? are any games running? have you installed the latest drivers? (dont use the ones that came with the card). What are the rest of your system specs including motherboard make/model. Maybe a motherboard BIOS update is required.

I've got it fixed for now, I didn't use the drivers that came with the card but the ones on the AMD site but when it wouldn't work I used the drivers that came with it and they did work so I don't really understand why it wasn't working with the drivers for the site
