In the middle of build Audio F Panel ?

I am in the middle of building with the list below. In connecting the Front Panel Audio on the Antec nine Hundred Two case it has a wire that has two connectors in series that say HD Audio and AC97. The case instructions say to make sure the pins match to the motherboard or or may mess it up. Below are the pin lists. The first 10 are for the HD Audio. I listed the motherboard pin definitions first followed by the connector coming from the front panel with a / in between. The ten below those are for the AC(& and are listed the same way.

Do either of these match up? If not, how do I fix it? The motherboard seems to only have one audio plug in place.Do I pick one or the other and leave the othr hanging?

Yes you only need to plug one of the audio cables in.

Ideally the HD one and just leave the other disconnected.

What aut the pins appearing not to match up? Are they close enough?

The connector should be very similar to the USB front panel connectors in as much as its just one block that you push onto the audio connector.

You should have something like this http://ask.europe.creative.com/wwimages/audio_int/xfi/xfi_extremeaudio_frontpanel2a.JPG which you just need to connect 1 of them to the green audio port on your motherboard (its along the bottom side next to the blue USB ones) and should be labelled F_Audio
