Thoughts: Has an HDMI out. Good reviews. Relatively cheap. Will SLi it later me thinks.

Thoughts: Cheap and good timings. I could splurge for the 6-8-6 gskill but they are 120$ or 130$ respectively.

Thoughts: Should be more than enough power. Heard it was a decent brand name too.

Thoughts: Meh.

Thoughts: I read about the m4 update and how it boosted speed across the board. Overall its a well thought of SSD and seems to have good stability/reliability (which is paramount).

Very nice quality build, other than the Power Supply.

Don't go cheap on the PSU, its one of the most important parts of your build.

Recommended brands include:
Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic, Enermax, Antec.

850w+ PSU is recommended to allow the option for SLI.

You also haven't included Optical Drive and HDD?

This motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157264 is also a fair bit cheaper than the Fatality one you listed, specs appear to be the same.

EDIT: Infact, even this board at $159 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157265 would suit your build. The only apparent difference is it has a couple less power phases. Other than that its SLI ready, supports PCI 3.0 ect ect

The PC Power & Cooling Silencer 910 is based on the Seasonic M12D (or is it S12D) platform, so there's nothing wrong with it performance wise. However an 80mm fan and lack of modularity at that price point don't seem right to me.
750W would be plenty for a build with two GTX 570s as long as it's high quality. The Seasonic X-750, Corsair HX-750 & XFX Pro 850W XXX Edition are around that price.
Maybe some of the money saved from the motherboard 'downgrade' could be put into getting a better PSU?

I'm not a fan of MoBo products that don't provide an industry standard 3 year warranty....I figure there gotta be a reason and as a MoBo replacement is a complete rebuild, I'd spend $10 more for one w/a 3 year warranty.

Twin 570's get 862 fps in Guru3D's gaming test suite, Twin 900 MHz 560's get 862 for $200 less. I have gotten 7 outta 8 of the Asus ones to get to 1000 MHz w/o increasing voltage or getting over 82C under testing. The 8th one req'd 1 notch on the voltage bump.

Ya want 3 x $GB not 4 x 2GB ....and skip the tall heat sinks as they are just there for looks. These CAS 7's are just $94
