8800GT upgrade, 560 ti vs 6870 vs 6950

I was going to upgrade my 8800GT and was thinking about getting either a 560 ti, 6870, or a 6950. I'm going to be playing at 1920x1080. I don't want to spend over $250 but if it was around $260 that would be OK. I also need a new PSU for it if anyone can recommend me one (enough power for the card and for a X4 955).

a good 500w antec, seasonic or corsair psu would be good for any of those single cards and that cpu. if you wanted to crossfire/sli, you may want to look for a 650-750w psu. Id go for the 6950 or 560ti.
