Did I connect these SATA's correctly. Below I inserted a picture of the SATA Page from the Mother Board Manual.

My WD Caviar Black is SATA 6.0Gb/s: The instructions under number 6 shows 6.0GB/s.it is hard to tell what is circled, but it is farther up than number 7, so I figured it is the middle(white in color) of the three places to plug in SATAs. 6 also doesn't show the blue cables, but that is all that I have. The instructions also say to use the L shaped connectors for the HDDs, but my SSD is too low to use an L and it is the only place a 2 1/2" will install, so I used a flat connector on both ends..

My SSD is SATA II - I connected this to the same post(Middle and white in color) as the WD Caviar Black

My DVD Burner is SATA and I plugged it into first post(Blue in color) or the one nearest the corner.

My case front panel has a SATA connection also for high speed external HDDs - I also plugged it into first post(Blue in color) or the one nearest the corner.

Solution
SATA II is backwards compatible with SATA III ports, so any SATA II devices you have you can literally plug into any of the SATA ports on the motherboard. SATA_0 and SATA_1 are usually recommended though.

Cables - the L-shape design is only for cable management, they all do exactly the same job - using a non-L-shaped one wont make any difference what so ever to performance.

In short - basically everything looks fine, and if it's all working then your good :)
