Need Help with Choosing GPU

Hi,
I am currently running my PC with a MSI 760GM-P33 AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 4000+ Processor ~2.4GHz(although my brother tells me its more because the AMD to Intel ratings for GHz are different. Anyways, i am looking for a temporary graphics card while i wait for this computer to die its long death. Preferably something less than $50. I had already chosen from these however i am looking for some Tom's Hardware advice, which is always the best.

The second one comes out to 50 dollars after the savings i have.

PS: Must run TF2 and other source engine games with ease, if its possible for under 50 bucks?

Out of those 2, get the 4670 for sure. It destroys the 5450.
