Out of these five cards which do you recommend for me?

I don't plan on being a gamer and will use my computer for work, internet, youtube, some photoshop, and once a year I might video edit my home movies and trip videos on DVDs. For what I posted which of these cards do you recommend for me to connect my monitor to?

You could just use integrated graphics for all of that.
