Out of the cards you listed the 5670 is most powerful.Although this may sound confusing the 6570 is slightly more powerful than the 5570 but the 5670 is more powerful than both of them.Can you afford a 6670?Its even better than the 5670 while costing the same where I live.

yeah it should run hyper demanding games like crysis and metro at medium settings.You should be able to play games like crysis 2,just cause 2,nfs hot pursuit at high settings.Enjoy your new card
