My mother board temprature, is this normall?

i run intel core2duo on HP dc 7800, it has intel q35 chipset. i check my motherboard temprature by using CPU ID Hardware moniter it shows my processor temp is 45 degree at noraml .. motherboard temprature 56 degree at normall.. i'm worried a lot about my mobo temp is that normall... if ot what can i do for to cool the mobo ...????? plz help

Verify the temperatures in BIOS. Sometimes the figures reported by system monitor tools are not accurate.

in bios there's not any specific place where i can check my mobo temprature... what can i do sir tell me i'm worried

Do you have proper case cooling?

yes i have fan which works fi9 as i say... in back of casing
