Asrock 970 extreme3 vdroo help

Hi I have an asrock 970 extreme3 motherboard and an fx8120 cpu.

I'm trying to overclock it, I have an arctic freezer 13 pro heatsink, the mosfets on the board have a heatsink on them and I have applied copper heatsinks to the VRM'S, there is also a fan blowing at the chipset.

When overclocking I get pretty annoying v droop, under load in p95 my core voltage dips from 1.456 to 1.4 (its set to 1.4875 in bios)

I'm trying to obtain stability at 4.6ghz

I currently have load line calibrate enabled, if I disable it my core voltage reports higher in windows than it is in bios and I appear to have no vdroop however p95 then locks my pc up no matter what voltage I give the cpu.

Anyone have any experience of this?

I'm sure I can just keep ratcheting up the voltage in bios until I obtain some form of stability but its a little frustrating, I've read of people saying, "set LLC to extreme" etc however I only have "auto, disabled or enabled"

Any help appreciated, thx
