More about building computer advice
  1. In your build, keep in mind that Flight Simulator is more processor intensive than most games. Don't hesitate to divert more of your budget into a better CPU.
  2. Did you do your build? If yes I'd ask for suggestions... I'm trying to build one too and would like hear your results (fps).
  3. if the third monitor is important you'll hafta go with an amd card.......a good 6950 will suffice for a flight sim.....

with a thousand dollar limit id go amd......with a phenom 2......doesnt seem like bulldozer is worth it right now.......
    mobo 99

    cpu 120

    best 6950 out there 290

    case.....this one is sweet!!! 89

    mem 55

that comes up to 673 so far for a pretty good system......that grafix card actually has a switch on it that turns it into a 6970.....check out a review or two......

    good luck
