Rig aproval?

I'm building a pc for my mother, she's an arquitech who fell in love with AutoCad, but also, my brother will be gaming on it too! I have a budget of 1100$ top. I'm a gamer and I just finished building my own system but I'm clueless 'bout this how does this program works(CPU intensive maybe?). And also I live in south america so no neweggs links would be of any use to me.

Cpu... I5 2500k (Does HT is important? if so I7 2600K)
Gpu...560ti or 5870 (or more maybe? ati?)
Cpu cooling.. CM HYPER PLUS 212
Mobo... please recommend an z68 chip 120$ top
case.... I thought antec 300
psu.... 650w or 500w corsair
keyboard&mice... a good wireless pseudogaming?
speakers....economic logitech should be fine
Dvd reader....
HDD...............1TB at least, Seagate work just fine for me but I'll take suggestions too

I know you said no newegg links, but its the easiest way for us to show you what we mean. Look for the parts where you can buy, double check if you can't find the exact one.

Overall your build looks pretty good. Can her cad program use CUDA? You might want to get the nvidia card if it does. I know Photoshop can run a lot faster on a GTS450 then a 2500. I don't like wireless keyboard/mouse while gaming. I'm always afraid the batteries will die while I'm in the middle of a match. 1TB is fine, though if she is working with large files you might want two separate drives. One for the OS and the other for CAD use.
