Hi. i have an acer 4X4X32 CDRW, whenever i try to record wav files to make CDs after the first 3 or four songs it gives me an error message and it stops, this is when i am using EZ-CD creater 4.0, when i am using nero i get no error messages but the cd skips in my cd player ( doest skip when it is recorded trought EZ-CD). any help would be appreciated, thanks

i bought a burner just to copy my mp3s yesterday
after three failed wave file burns and three wasted disks i tried to just copy the napster mp3s as a file to a data disk i formatted.
now the freaking computer has the freaking balls to tell me with an error message that access to the mp3s is denied when i try and copy the freaking files to a freaking burner.
wtf.
And if I try and copy a non music related file to the burner i get access denied messages there too.
When I try and record an audio track it gets 99% done and then it says source error or something like that.
This shtuff is stupid.

Adaptec create cd and cd wizard software came with the drive.
I tried burning in 4X too but still no results.
I have gotten songs burned but they crash at the end of the burn.

Sorry bout the delay.
I tried musicmatchjukebox and it burns cd's.
But only at 1X.
They want money for the 8x burn speed.
I got fed up with adaptech so I uninstalled the burning program thinking maybey a reinstall would help.
When I went to uninstall the direct cd portion it said filenotfound and will not uninstall.
So when I tried to reinstall adaptech it said "lol" that it found that a previous version had been installed and to uninstall direct cd to continue...
So I am screwed.
I cannot find the file it is recognising to delete, either.
I deleted the remaining adaptech file in program files but it didnt work.
I need a free program to burn at 8X and will burn data disks.
When I did get the adaptech prog to burn data the burnt disk freaked out my computer when I went to use it.
Even with the Iomega Adaptech disk in the drive the disk will spin for 5 minuites...searching for something to no avail...

It seemed to work alright when i installed but i got a few wierd error messages i thing.
