Intel pc

I have a intel pentium d 820 at 2.8 ghz, 3.5 gb's of ram, gt 430 with 1 gb of video memory. Will gta 4 run ok, or will it have issues due to it being a duel core? Will the graphics card actually make a difference for gta 4?

my current rig is eerily similar with 2 exceptions my PD is a 930 and my vid card is a hd 4650... I play a ton of games on that cheap little champion of a card... I have everything for an overhaul upgrade new mobo new ram new cpu and new vid card. but anyway I think you will be fine to play games with that... the only thing is it will be at directx 9 graphics.
