Motherboard for i5 3570K,

Hey Guy's. I'm upgrading to an Intel i5 3670K and I was thinking about getting an Asus Board, I really like their features and the colors ! I've looked at the Asus Rampage IV Formula and Maximus V Formula. Which board do you think is better and WHY?? I do lot's of gaming and will be getting the Asus 670 Direct CU II TOP.

ASRock Z77 OC Formula chech it, otherwise maximus.

Also Gigabyte Wind-whatever OC 670 and MSI Power Edition 670 are better than Asus 670

I have heard that the Gigabyte, MSI and Asus 670 are close in performance. I still need to decide on which one to use and which is better price to performance wise.
