900$-1000$ Build (improve)

Hi guys. I am "attempting" to build my own computer. My main desires are to play Halo Vista, COD games, first person shooters pretty much. Along with some MMO's like WoW and RIFT. Anyhow, here is a build I seen for my budget which is 1,000$. If there is any improvement that can be made I would appreciate feedback.

$900-1000

Hello, most of the parts you listed are great!

You could get this Samsung spinpoint 1tb for less

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&Tpk=samsung%20spinpoint%20f3
  2. Solid build, the only change id make would be as suggested above, grab a 1TB SpinPoint F3 for about $60.

The Antec PSU you listed as well is currently on sale at NewEgg for $70 :)

Might be worth picking up 8GB of ram as well (2x4GB sticks) 1600MHz CL9 if you can squeeze it into your budget.
  3. Thanks for the feedback guys, I appreciate it!
  4. You also need a copy of windows 7 64 bit oem , and a dvd drive
  5. I planned on installing a Linux distro, but I do need a DVD drive but I'm not too worried as to which to pick.
