Hello, I am getting/building a computer after being helped out on here from another user.

I'll post the build only for reference. ( because builds go in another forum.)

Bare bones: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite...

After resolving my gaming computer dilemma he said I should maybe get a few cheap 120mm fans in the case for cooling.

Through my haste I forgot to ask him what that means.

By "a few" did he mean I could just put 3 of "these" in the case?

Or could any 3 120mm fans do? I saw some for $3.99. (Used most of my budget on the custom build so, max budget on fans would be $20-$30 dollars.)

I don't know anything about CPU fans.

Minimal recommended case fan setup is 1 in the front air in 1 in the back air out! The CPU in your link comes with a CPU fan/cooler and is sufficient if you do not do overclocking.

Oh! Okay, hmm since it already comes with one should I get one more to meet that minimal setup? Or I guess if say say It's enough.

I don't mind spending another $10 dollars or such. I was just worried about my new build rebooting allot or something.

If it comes with one then adding another one is a good idea. Your mid range components will not create a lot of heat so no need to go overboard on fans.

I believe It does come with one. (It said next to fan: included) And It said something else like 3 fan slots or something but I guess you don't to fill em' all up.

I read on here that someone needed more fans to overclock, but I don't (or even know how) need to with 3.3 ghz.

Oh! Also is the fan I listed compatible with my build? ( I haven't the slightest idea.)

fans don't really matter towards the cpu, they mostly matter towards the gpu and other components on your mobo. If you want to overclock you need to get a better heatsink/cooler.

Ah! Okay, so I'll just get one instead of three. I'm just trying to be careful.
