It's going to be an Intel, and I'm looking to buy the 3570(K).

These are two very good roughly equivalent mid-range boards. I prefer the gigabyte board a bit, but would take either one.

Note that if you are planning on doing much overclocking, then you should set your sights to the 150 price range, as that is where you get boards that have better power control circuitry and a few more bells and whistles. For example:
