Evga gt 430 1GB DDR3 vs XFX HD 4650 1GB DDR2

I need to know which one is better? the hd 4650 or the gt 430?
I believe its the gt 430 shown by these:

80% better than the hd4650 (29% better than the one with DDR3)

the gt 430 score is 697

and the hd 4650 is 463

however, I hear, and read alot of poeple dont like the gt 430 they say its a horrible card, and some have said the hd 4650 ddr2 is better than it.

I'm looking at buying the gt 430 but if its worse, I dont want to downgrade.
its 59.99 with 5.99 shipping my budget is only 70 bucks so dont suggest other cards.
mainly I ask which one of these cards are better? what do you guys think? is it worth upgrading to a gt 430 ddr3 from a hd 4650 ddr2?

Why not get the HD 5670 for $65 with rebates plus shipping, its better than both cards and uses less power :

sorry my budget isint 70 its 55 now. but still which one out of the ones i listed are better?
