cas2 vs. cas3 benchmarks?

Hi,
Can anybody point me to some cas2 vs. cas3 benchmarks for a variety of programs? Preferably 133 MHz on a T-Bird platform. I'm going to be building a new system soon and would like to get a feel for what the extra $ for cas2 gets me.

I don't have any links to add, but in most of the aticles I've read CAS 2 has a 3-5% performance increase over CAS 3. Crucial has 128MB CAS 3 memory for $70, and 128MB CAS 2 memory for $92. I feel that a 3-5% increase is worth $22.
