I need help deciding between two Motherboards. I'm looking at the Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe Z77 Chipset and the ASUS sabertooth Z77 Chipset. They will be mainly used for gaming and they would need to be compatible with the following parts:

Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 Full Tower Gaming Case W/ Side Panel Window
Adding in 1-2 extra 120 mm fans besides the default three fans in the case.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3770 3.40 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1155
Cooling Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Gaming Cooling Fan
Memory: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair Vengeance)

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (EVGA FTW Edition)
Power Supply : 850 Watts - Corsair Professional Series CMPSU-AX850 80 Plus Gold Power Supply (looking at SLI later)
Hard Drive: 2TB (2TBx1) Western Digital Caviar Black SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

Optical Drive: 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive
Thermal Display: NZXT Sentry-2 Fan Touch Screen Fan Control & Temperature Display
Flash Media Reader/Writer: INTERNAL 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer

Thank you in advance

You should link your mobos in question xD But I think I found them aannnnnd,

I believe they are basically exactly the same. But from what I've read the sabertooth has a little bit better of a heatsink, however that's just opinion, the person who said that did not have any solid facts.

Apparently it's basically down to which paint job you like better.

Thanks for the reply, I think I'm going to go with the ASUS sabertooth Z77 Chipset.
