Will a ATI Radeon HD5770 work in a Dell XPS400?

Will the ATI Radeon HD5770 work in a Dell XPS400? I have bought a 2010 Mac Pro, it came with the 5770 in it, however I bought the ATI Radeon HD5870 to replace it. Will the 5770 work with the Dell or does anyone want to buy a new 5770 in the box cheaper than you could retail?

I think the power on the dell is 350watt so having said that I'm sure the 5770 won't work. To answer your price question I think $150.00 plus shipping would be fair. Or make me an offer we can talk about. Thank you for your reply! Carl

^ It's a 375w, and unless faulty, wouldn't have a problem powering a 5770.
