I've been using a 5 year old Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 for ages now, but figured I fancied a change. I've got an old Wireless Intellimouse Explorer v 3.0 too, but found that heavy and unresponsive.

I have checked out the Logitech MX Performance and it is near the top of my list now, although I am not too keen on the forward/back button placement. Also, I don't know how heavy they are, as my Microsoft mouse was like moving a brick! But I can't find the weight ofthe Microsoft one online anywhere, so can't do a comparison.

Also, not sure how many hours the Logitech battery lasts for. I am often at my PC for 10-12 hours per day.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Jon

If it's not gaming mice you're looking for, than the Microsoft Arc mouse (and keyboard) might interest you. Very ellegant, stylish and compact.
