Laptop wireless

Hello,
im trying to connect my laptop to my broadband using a wireless dongle but the laptop bleeps 3 to 4 times and doesnt recognise that hardwares been added

Usually have to install the dongle's software/driver before inserting it.

thanks for the reply fihart after uninstalling then re-installing the software its been working no problem
